This was one of those places.\nln 2024 while working on a project, I came across\nthis beautiful spot near Ratnadurg Fort in Ratnagiri\nand captured it, knowing that I wanted to paint it\nsomeday.\nwhile working on a series of seascapes, I revisited\nsome of those references. What fascinates me\nabout this location is how every incoming wave\ncreates a new composition. Sometimes it is the\nmovement of water over the rocks, sometimes the\nforms of the rocks themselves, and sometimes the\nsubtle changes in light and colour.\nThe same place offers something new every time\nyou look at it.
