Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we carefully prepare and dispatch your artwork within 10 to 15 business days. For urgent requirements or international shipments, please contact our concierge team for expedited options.
How do you ensure safe packing and prevent damage?
Each artwork is handled with museum-grade care. We use custom wooden crates, acid-free wrapping, and shock-absorbent materials to ensure your piece arrives in pristine condition. All shipments are fully insured against transit damage. In the unlikely event of any issues, our team will assist with replacements or resolutions immediately.
How does the payment process work?
We offer a secure and seamless payment experience. Once your payment is successfully processed, your artwork is reserved exclusively for you and prepared for dispatch at the earliest. We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and international wire transfers. For high-value acquisitions, we also facilitate bank transfers with dedicated support.
Is my transaction secure?
Absolutely. Our payment gateway is PCI-DSS compliant and uses end-to-end encryption. All transactions are protected under industry-standard security protocols.
How do you verify the authenticity of artworks?
Every piece at Mumbai Art House undergoes a rigorous authentication process. We work directly with artists from across India to ensure provenance and originality. Each artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, detailing the artist, medium, dimensions, and year of creation. For investment-grade pieces, we can also provide third-party valuation reports upon request.
Can artworks be viewed in person before purchase?
As a curated digital gallery, we partner directly with artists residing across India, and artworks are not held at a central physical location. While in-person viewings are not possible, we provide high-resolution imagery, detailed condition reports, and virtual consultations to help you make an informed decision. Our curators are available to guide you through available pieces and answer any questions.
Do you offer installation or framing services?
Yes. We provide bespoke framing and white-glove installation services across Mumbai and select cities. Our team ensures your artwork is displayed to its fullest potential.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Given the unique nature of fine art, returns are accepted only in cases of proven damage or misrepresentation. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any concerns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with full customs documentation and insurance. International delivery timelines may vary based on destination and customs clearance.
